Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Podu Randevu mobile and web apps (“Randevu”, “the Service”). By creating an account or using Randevu, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by Podu Randevu / Podu AL, Rruga Dibres Nr. 10, Tirane, Albania. Contact: support@randevu.podu.al. Website: https://randevu.uk.

3. The Service

Randevu connects clients with businesses (such as barbershops and beauty salons) to browse services, book appointments, manage calendars, and receive notifications.

Randevu does not process payments for appointments in the app. Fees for services are settled in person between the client and the business, unless a separate paid subscription for Randevu features is purchased through the App Store or Google Play.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you use Randevu on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

5. Bookings and cancellations

A booking is an arrangement between the client and the business. Randevu provides the scheduling tools; the business is responsible for delivering the service.

Clients and businesses may cancel or reschedule according to the options in the app. We are not responsible for no-shows, late arrivals, or disputes over service quality or price.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, including by impersonating others, sending spam, scraping data, attempting unauthorized access, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Subscriptions

Optional paid plans (where offered) are billed through Apple or Google. Their refund and cancellation rules apply. Feature availability may change; we will describe current plans in the app.

8. Intellectual property

Randevu, its branding, and the app software are owned by us or our licensors. You keep ownership of content you upload (such as a business logo) and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular booking will occur exactly as planned.

To the fullest extent permitted by Albanian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for disputes solely between clients and businesses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Privacy and data

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including to create your account, run bookings, send transactional notifications, and improve the Service. You consent to that processing when you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy at sign-up.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where required, by an in-app notice. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance.

You may delete your account in Help & Support. We may stop providing the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Courts in Tirana have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply where you live.
